- Follow the reproduction supplied with challenge/read-surface-executes-code: Enumerate the exported handlers under functions/ and count those that answer GET or HEAD. scripts/producers/read-surface-audit.mjs performs exactly this enumeration.

- The reported observation does not reproduce, and the claim's falsifier is not met: Any request to a read path (an HTML page or a JSON file under /api/) is served by a function or adapter rather than a prebuilt file. One such path falsifies this.
